Or it could be that they are an established Christmas act but have not found a footing yet when it is not Christmas. I mean, they had a pretty good track record outside of Christmas 2018 and before. PTX, Volume 1 (2012): #14 PTX, Vol. II (2013): #10 PTX, Vol. III (2014): #5 Pentatonix (2015): #1 PTX, Vol. IV: Classics (2017): #4 PTX Presents: Top Pop, Vol. I (2018): #10 At Home (2020): Did Not Chart The Lucky Ones (2021): #123 Prior to 2020, with the exception of their debut EP, they had never missed the Top 10 of the Billboard 200, Christmas or otherwise, and now they struggle to chart at all. When they were previously competing with acts like Demi Lovato with a non-Christmas project, and won, I don't see how they're seen as just a Christmas act.
