The feature list for Bieber’s album has been leaked. Honestly, outside of The Kid LAROI, this mostly looks to be an upgrade from his previous albums. It’s just a shame that they will probably outperform Bieber for the most part. I should also mention that a fourth single, titled “Hold On,” is apparently coming next Friday. Justin and Mid Laroi would definitely be interesting. And fourth single already? This is already not looking well for the era As someone who was a fan of his 2015-2017 superstar run, i never would’ve thought he would fall down this bad just a couple years later. Even despacito is 10x better than 90% of Changes, and the singles off of Justice so far. I think the only song i can tolerate is either ‘Get Me’ or ‘Anyone’, which is only 2 out of like 20 songs since he released Yummy. That is really sad for an A Lister

Anyone is pretty good and coincidentally it's the one that is struggling to get loads of airplay so... he aims at where the money is (=radio airplay)

Clown World is the perfect name for a Tom MacDonald song, that's the name of his fanbase.
Clown World is what we witnessed on January 6th, something the bulk of Tom's audience probably loved.

They are, only because the radio keeps clinging onto it. Look at spotify or apple music and you won’t see any JB until the bottom quarter of the top 100. Honestly i think if he took some time off that would help him way more than just dropping loose singles, and then slap dashing it onto an album

Streaming as the sole means of music consumption still has a ways to go to get there. If it is a hit on radio, then apparently someone is listening to it even if they are not streaming it.
There are people obviously still out there that do not stream music

At least all eras got their due representation, and if I recall correctly, "Congratulations" and "Psycho" were the two singles he didn't perform on the New Year's concert, so it's nice to see them getting some love here. If your reception is any indication, though, I don't think it will be generating any additional boost to his catalogue. We'll have to wait and see, I guess.

I thought it was cute. Weird, but cute.
I like that OWBWY cover quite a bit. Would be the best cover on the Hot 100 by a wide margin if it charts.
Here's the video:

Honestly i think if he took some time off that would help him way more than just dropping loose singles, and then slap dashing it onto an album I never really understand why some people try to push this narrative. JB is still doing very well, Holy and Lonely are both already approaching 350+ million Spotify Streams, had great callouts on the radio and really strong sales (especially Holy). Intentions was in the Top 10 for like 20 weeks. I see what you mean in that Holy/Lonely were front loaded on streaming, but saying they aren't hits is like saying songs like Heartless, Therefore I Am, or LWYMMD (and really anything Taylor has released since the Reputation era) weren't hits. Plus, Bieber has been making music since 2009, so I don't think it's shocking that he's not as close to as big as he was during the Purpose run. Almost no artists ever reach that level of success, it's just not sustainable for that long.

Do we count Love Story as a cover too? Its her own song, so no. It’s not possible for an artist to cover their own song.

Post Malone promote your own music challenge.
(hopefully it can rebound tomorrow thanks to the concert - even if slightly)

Post Malone has reached the Kid Rock phase of his career. His days of being a reliable hitmaker and streaming phenomenon are over. Now he'll have to fight it out with MGK & other punk/rock wannabes and B-listers for concert and radio spots.

The main reason OWBWY isn’t performing as well as Post’s previous singles is that it’s a cover tied to a virtual concert for the 25th anniversary of a popular video game. It doesn’t have the same type of promotional cycle as you’d see from a typical Post Malone single, but with all things considered, the song’s doing pretty decent.

A cover that he didn't promote at all and obviously just did for the love of it isn't going to have a top 10 debut?? His career must be over!

If it wasn't a cover, I could ALMOST see where ddlz is coming from..
ALTHOUGH, not sure if his core audience knows it's a cover. The Hootie track is not really a super classic.

The second he drops the lead single for his next album he'll be right back in the thick of things. Although I do find it weird how his features never seem to break through considering how massive he his.

You've had a psychopathic obsession with Post Malone and have been praying for his downfall for almost two years now. I watched you hopelessly flail for months trying to predict when people would decide to hate Circles and stop streaming it, but even today it just hasn't happened. Understand this, no matter how much you try to manifest your ideal reality of everyone hating Post Malone for making too many soft rock songs, nothing will ever happen and you will fail every time.
