I'm skeptical about some Fearless (TV) re-recording tracks entering Hot 100. It's possible but it will most likely do Bubbling Hot 100. Vault tracks will chart because it's what people will listen to a lot. The second day will be a bloodbath. Just my assumptions and liked to be proven wrong.

deja vu will debut or tie with taylor swift the single-week upward movements record? i tried to search something but no one talked about I doubt it will debut the week of 4/10 to begin with. Bubbling Under is possible, but no higher. Also, at this point, Taylor's record in that regard is probably unbeatable unless we ever get a *literally* unbeatable 100-1.

This is going to be cumbersome if Taylor is going to do this for all six of her albums under Big Machine. She's probably doing this to leverage getting control back of her original masters. It will be a marketing and administrative nightmare if two versions of each album will exist side by side for decades to come, not to mention confusing for future fans, and hard to say which version they'll choose. Even though she's the last person whose wallet needs to be lined by getting screwed by the industry, I do want her to get control back of the originals though. It just seems the right thing to do, and it was her art she created.

Vault tracks will chart because it's what people will listen to a lot. The second day will be a bloodbath. Just my assumptions and liked to be proven wrong. "You All Over Me" is predicted to miss the top half of the chart completely, so my previous theory that the vault tracks would outperform well-known singles is about to be proven wrong. At the same time, "Love Story" went semi-viral on TikTok right before the Taylor's Version release, which definitely helped the song. My prediction has now shifted and I think if anything is going to chart, it's probably going to be "You Belong With Me" and the title track. We'll see though. deja vu will debut or tie with taylor swift the single-week upward movements record? i tried to search something but no one talked about I doubt it will debut the week of 4/10 to begin with. Bubbling Under is possible, but no higher. Also, at this point, Taylor's record in that regard is probably unbeatable unless we ever get a *literally* unbeatable 100-1. "Deja Vu" doesn't seem likely to challenge this record but it's not as unbeatable as it seems, especially with Thursday releases gaining popularity. Didn't Billie Eilish jump 94-2 with "Therefore I Am"? It surely has to be an artist that is of the moment and hugely successful though, to get just enough sales/streams in a couple of hours and build good airplay numbers over the weekend, or perhaps debut just based on airplay because it's a huge single (like Taylor's own "We Are Never Getting Back Together" and "Look What You Made Me Do" both did). So my guess is that if anyone's going to break that record, it needs to be a huge comeback moment (kinda like "ME!" was). Somebody bring out the Pulse bingo because I'm about to say... you guessed it... Adele or Rihanna would be big contenders.

Your username is fitting. Chris Brown stans are so rare. chris was number one on radio just a few weeks ago and his song is a top 5 hot 100 hit and it's still charting after 47 weeks..wow imagine if we weren't 'rare' Can't you just take the L and leave?

Montero is less than 400k ahead of Peaches on Spotify. I think Peaches will return to #1 this week, the airplay gap is widening and Montero isn't really dominant in streaming.

Peaches lost 27k or something and MONTERO lost 200k+. If the trajectory doesnβt change then peaches should go back to #1. Idk how much YouTube will affect this though because he is still way ahead on YouTube

I disagree with Peaches going back to #1 on the 4/17 chart. In fact, I think there is a better chance that Leave the Door Open passes Peaches. I still think Montero gets the 2nd week at #1 at this point, but if it totally collapses, I see this being the week Bruno pulls the stops to get LTDO at #1.

Given how the weak the charts are, AITO could actually go to number one. It's massive in streaming and in sales and is gaining on radio.

AITO won't go #1 unless LTDO does. LTDO is equal in streams and sales to AITO, and has about a 70M aud advantage on radio.

Ngl its nice we're getting a good lyrical miracle type song as a hit, it hasn't crossed over in a while and AITO is decent. Better than most of what I've heard from those types. The GOD THOT line hurts, though.

The charts are far from weak right now. But it is of course possible that AITO becomes a juggernaut. I personally think it'll be another case where the peak of streaming and airplay don't match.

"Leave The Door Open" is pretty fly and a nice throwback to 70's soul. Stylistics, Delfonics, you name it.
