Week 3 for Montero isn’t happening unless radio picks it up very quickly. It’s either LTDO or Rapstar at #1 for this week. LTDO only has a chance at #1 this week because of website sales. Unless those sales carry over into next week, it probably won't clinch the #1 again. Also LTDO won't have the same streaming boost from the live version that it had this week. I think it’s a 3-way race for #1 between Rapstar, LTDO, and Peaches. Montero is a clear step behind, and will be #4 on this chart.

Spotify website isn’t updated for me yet but here are the positions (4/10): 1. RAPSTAR 2. MONTERO 3. Peaches (+2) 4. Kiss Me More (+4) 5. Mr. Perfectly Fine (-2) 6. X Gon Give it to Ya (+12) 7. Deja vu (+8) 11. Ruff Ryders Anthem (+14) 12. Levitating (+12) 13. Love Story (-6) 14. Fearless (-10) 17. You Belong With Me (-11)
Fearless has 17 in the Top 50. Honestly not as bad as I thought
For 4/11 top 4 are unchanged, all down 11-14%, deja vu moves up to 5 and Mr. Perfectly Fine down to 6. Fearless retains 10 songs in the top 50

Not the Hot 100 but Polo is also challenging for #1 in the UK.

Okay so after 36 hours, Spotify finally updated and Polo G had 2M for both Saturday and Sunday.
#1 debut is very likely

I’m just hoping that RAPSTAR actually stays at #1 instead of falling off like every other song that’s gone to #1 over the past month (even the non-debuts).

^#1 debuts have lately been very front-loaded, with drivers license being a clear exception. Thus, the likely of them remaining at #1 for a second week is iffy at best for most.

The fact that RAPSTAR has been relatively stable even through Sunday (when most songs’ streams plummet) leads me to believe it’s gonna do better than most recent #1 debuts, even if it doesn’t stay at #1 after this week. But you never know; I thought THE SCOTTS would stay steady for a fair bit after a few days of tracking, and it only lasted 13 weeks on the charts.

Why we acting like peaches, call me by your name and to some extent leave your door open aren't smashes? They fell because of competition from other songs, not because they're front loaded. Look at their streams lmao, those two songs might be the two biggest of the year

I guess in my mind I was comparing RAPSTAR to those songs from last year that debuted at #1 and fell off quickly.

Look at their streams lmao, those two songs might be the two biggest of the year "MONERO (Call Me By Your Name)" was pretty front-loaded because of the controversy, though. It doesn't seem to be going far on radio, so it looks like it'll probably have a run somewhat similar to "This Is America" or "Harlem Shake". "Peaches" and "Leave the Door Open", however, are undeniably smash hits with staying power.

Friendly reminder that songs without massive radio pushes can still be "smashes" with staying power. Are Good Days and Streets not still big hits just because they're a little too long or too slow for radio programmers' liking?
Some of us follow the Rolling Stone Charts as well for just that reason.

Good Days felt like the 2nd biggest song in the country behind drivers license at its peak, but that time period felt awfully short. Streets had better longevity than Good Days, but never really felt like a Top 10 song at any point in its run.

I wouldn't be surprised if "Blinding Lights" fell out of the top ten this week, only to return on 5/1 or 5/8, lol.

Billboard tracks the most heard songs in the country. Not the most liked. “Leave The Door Open” hitting #1 now does feel a bit under the radar. The song might not feel massive now but it’s probably staying in the top 10 for months, so the #1 in the long run will be well deserved...especially if there’s a radio run similar to “That’s What I Like.”
