It's not really a new album from Thugger, it's a compilation sequel album to his "Slime Language" album from 2018. This is with his Slime labelmates, similar to J. Cole's "Dreamville III" album. From what I've read, Young Thug isn't even on every track. Drake is on the album as a feature, but it's rumored to be with Gunna, but no word about Thugger himself.

I haven't been paying attention to his stage presence or anything, but it's been very weird for me how his chart performance fell off a cliff after "Talk" which is arguably his biggest win to date. It seemed like he was on track to be a much bigger deal.
