Billboard is so fraudulent. Only God knows how many times they've cheated songs out of certain positions because they didn't account for their total streams/sales properly.

no one is talking about this song. The streams are very consistent, gradually rising on radio(?). I hope it will reach the top 10 soon.

So, it seems digital sales was the data that was provided mistakingly. AITO actually got 12,500 so it no longer has the record low for a #1 in Digital Song Sales. Without You actually got 8,500 in Digital Song Sales instead of 7,600. The numbers for the Digital Song Sales of Save Your Tears, Levitating, Kiss Me More and Your Power ended up also being higher than in the initial version of the article.

So, it seems digital sales was the data that was provided mistakingly. AITO actually got 12,500 so it no longer has the record low for a #1 in Digital Song Sales. Without You actually got 8,500 in Digital Song Sales instead of 7,600. The numbers for the Digital Song Sales of Save Your Tears, Levitating, Kiss Me More and Your Power ended up also being higher than in the initial version of the article. It wasn't only digital sales (which was missing 1 day of reporting). Without You's streams were massively glitched (every other song was fine) for whatever reason. That was the fatal mistake and changed the positions of the top 10 |

Last year it happened with Life is Good (The Box would have been still #1 because it was so strong but they didn't count any youtube streams for LIG) Billboard: 50.7 million streams Audio streams: 52.9 million streams (revenue chart) So they reported less total streams than the audio streams and counted 0 youtube streams and 0 programmed streams. Myth X oh, I'm well aware. I believe Billboard didn't count YouTube streams for Life Is Good's first two weeks on the Hot 100. Then again with Solid this year. Just imagine how many more instances of things like this happening we'd be aware of if we had as many chart predictors as we do today say 10, 20, 30 years ago. It's just unfortunate because they rarely ever correct their mistakes - and they make A LOT of them.
