Stuck by Stacie Orrico? It has the lowest peak on the Hot 100 of any top 10 CHR song (#52 on the Hot 100) and if people remember her at all, it's for being a one-hit wonder with "(There's Gotta Be) More to Life".

Down by Marian Hill. It's hard to believe that song went top 10.

In a similar previous thread, "Goin' Crazy" by Natalie was mentioned. A top 10 hit in 2005 that was forgotten by 2006.

Surprisingly if you remove the "baby" part of the lyric you said, that's exactly the lyrics to Marian Hill's "Down" as well lol.

It's probably too soon, but I feel like "Falling" by Trevor Daniel will be forgotten in a few years given its obvious payola assist to #1 (it was #1 for day and then immediately plummeted).

Is “Faded” forgotten? Maybe it’s because I live in Canada but I hear that at least weekly on the radio still.
Totally forgot the Bodeans made the top ten. Classic! I seem to remember the Mission Impossible theme maxing out just outside the top ten? I’d have to double check. As a hit it might be forgotten but the theme itself is pretty memorable to any fan of action movies.

Aptly titled, at least. A #1 hit from less than a year ago and I hardly remember how it goes. Of some others listed, some like Kelly Rowland's and Nick Lachey's songs might be recalled for the people who sang them, but not necessarily the songs themselves. I can't think of "Break It Off" as forgotten, but Rihanna has had so many hits that some will fall through the memory cracks (same for Maroon 5 or Demi Lovato, though Demi lately has gotten more attention for personal issues than songs). Regarding Kris Allen, he's a fine singer, but if you were to ask someone who's currently music-aware but doesn't remember American Idol 2009 and ask them who won, between Kris and Adam Lambert, then I bet you'd get the wrong answer almost every time, such has been their relative prominence lately.

(It did hit the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, but that's not what I take "CHR hits" to mean here.) It's of course well known in context of Tom Cruise speeding about on a motorcycle dodging explosions and saving the world, but many may have forgotten--or never knew--that 3 1/2 minutes of it were at least briefly heard a lot on radio.

I would say Stacie Orrico was more popular than her chart peaks suggest! The album went gold in the US and UK and she even has a Wikipedia page in my language lol Stuck was also her first hit, More to Life followed.

I thought of "Sunshine" by Lil' Flip (2004) and "What You Got" by Colby O'Donis (2008), each of which was a top 10 at CHR and their only major hits as lead artists at that format. Both are probably better remembered now (at least at Pop) for being featured on singles by Beyonce ("Naughty Girl") and Lady Gaga ("Just Dance") than for their own hits.

Camila Cabello’s “Never Be The Same.” Didn’t it even hit #1 on CHR/Pop and 2 years later nobody remembers it.

I wouldn’t say that “nobody remembers it”, but regarding Camilla’s solo hits “Havana” is and is likely to remain her signature song. “My Oh My” also may be better known, but that’s because it was #1 just one year ago.

Actually I think “Drag Me Down” is kind of forgotten at CHR/pop compared to some earlier 1D hits like “What Makes You Beautiful” or “Story of My Life”, as well as of course many of their later solo hits.
For Meghan Trainor I’d say everything but “All About that Bass” at pop, though “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” has been popular at AC.

It's their most streamed song on Spotify (and 2nd on YouTube), it's also their first song without Zayn.

Kelly Rowland - "Stole" Natalie - "Goin' Crazy" Nick Lachey - "What's Left of Me" Mario Vasquez - "Gallery" Rihanna - "Break It Off" 2010s: Kris Allen - "Live Like We're Dying" Dev - "In the Dark" Krewella - "Alive" Demi Lovato - "Really Don't Care" Maroon 5 - "This Summer's Gonna Hurt..." Umm, some of those from the 2000's still get played in my friends car. I also personally dusted off the Mario Vasquez cd and have "Gallery" on a playlist... "Break It Off"... People forgot that classic already???? I actually own everything from the 2000's- on. lol Even Krewella and Natalie and I can't remember how either go off the top of my head... I guess I can't really sing "Stole" anymore either but I SO preferred the single "Ain't Nobody" over that anyways. lol
