Doubtful. RCA has little incentive to proactively promote music from an artist who jumped the label. Considering the lack of enthusiasm for MS and Prisoner - both obvious hits with potential to be big... it’s no wonder Miley left

To this extent, no. But songs have been purged (sent to recurrency early for flopping) but came back after a resurgence in popularity: "Forget You" and "Shallow." "Trampoline" went recurrent on Hot AC, but came back after a resurgence in popularity, which is a closer example to "Levitating" than the other two examples, just on a different format. It's a rare event.
