It looks like Good 4 u and Butter will be battling it out for the top spot for the foreseeable future. This has the feel of Shake It Off and All About That Bass. it fully depends on if stans continue to buy it at this rate, which they will not, at least not to this level. Olivia's radio will sooner rather than later eclipse BTS's and the streaming isn't even a discussion considering Good 4 U should still be hitting above 3m for AWHILE lol. So I see two weeks MAX for butter |

I was 10 when that album was released and didnt even know what the Hot 100 was lmao. I wasnt following music the same way I am now You...you were born in 2001? ;_; 2000 actually lmao. What's with the teary emoji? Also as everyone said, why did you bring up 21 as an example when 21 pre-dated the Streaming era? |

Butter is probably gonna see at least a second week at #1 simply because they have a remix coming out, and that fanbase knows how to mass-buy to meet their goals like no other. For all we know, they may want to ensure that Song of the Summer crown, or even just spending more weeks at #1 than Dynamite did. I just hope it doesn't get to the point where they're mass-buying to beat extravagant records that they really shouldn't be beating in that way. I don't want to see them mass-buying just to beat Old Town Road's weeks-at-#1 record or Radioactive's (or Blinding Lights') weeks-on-chart record. (This goes for their future songs, too.) |

The current #1 is from an artist born in 2003 so having posters here born in 2000/2001 is not a surprise and also maybe a relief that the future of Pulse Music Board is safe post-Millenials, with Gen Z going here too and not just on twitter!  |

does anyone actually think "Good 4 U" will eclipse "Driver's License" as her signature song down the line? i mean it wouldn't be the first time the follow up hit became more memorable than the breakout (Welcome to the Party<Dior, I Kissed a Girl<Hot n Cold)
but good to know Olivia's already shed the "Driver's License Girl" moniker

Adele definitely smash the album charts. And her three #1 songs from the album are all big hits. I just wished some of her songs from 21 charted too.
