Ha, I was just thinking of this today and I'm glad you decided to launch it! Grace was actually one of the last concerts I went to pre-pandemic before all of the concerts were cancelled as she was out on tour in support of this very album. I honestly wasn't all that familiar with her beforehand, but I quickly realized that she has a huge following and I left the show as a converted fan. I'm really looking forward to this and hoping for a great turnout myself!

I've always been curious about her because she's someone who seems to be popular with other people I've interacted with, but the only song I know by her is the End Credits song from the Rapunzel movie... I'd love to do a RD series as a way to learn more about her as an artist.

I've always been curious about her because she's someone who seems to be popular with other people I've interacted with, but the only song I know by her is the End Credits song from the Rapunzel movie... I'd love to do a RD series as a way to learn more about her as an artist. She is PHENOMENAL. Vocals (and legs) for days Modern-day queen of rock. "Paris (Ooh La La)" is one of my fave songs ever. I'm so glad she got her first Grammy nominations as a lead artist with 'Daylight' era  so well-deserved |

5. Any other thoughts? It's great hearing that a lot of you are also just discovering her for the first time! Although I had heard of her name before (mostly associated with Kenny's "You and Tequila"), I must admit that I too didn't really actually discover here until early last year. I saw that she was performing in Austin at one of my favorite venues and decided to buy a ticket (this also just happened to be one of my last concerts before the pandemic as the show was in mid-February). I binged on this album as much as I could before the show and needless to say after that I was so mad at myself for not taking the time to listen to her sooner. She is such an amazing live performer and gives it her all!

LBTrocksOpening Thought: First of all, thanks tim for the idea, and helping me get participants for this RD! This is my first non-country RD, but yet, surprised that most participants here are country posters! I was not too familiar with her music outside of some country collaborations and a few materials from her band, but was very impressed with this album!! Strong vocal performance and production consistently consistently existed throughout the entire album, but yet, each song has a unique element, either lyrically or vocally. I will finish the reveal this week for sure, and might have to do some morning reveal as well.
