What was the second single from the-then second phase of Chlöe's debut album, Treat Me, is first out in our #2s of 2022 showdown. Per a Discord chat she had with her fans, the second phase of Chlöe's debut was focused on her "music as revenge" era while trying to get over a heartbreak. Once she processed those feelings and moved past that stage, she decided to scrap those records because she was no longer in that particular headspace and probably had absolutely nothing to do with the songs flopping at all. In Pieces, her proper debut album, is now scheduled for March 31st.

My expectations were on the floor based on how Dionne sounded with that Chance The Rapper collab a few years ago, but I was pleasantly surprised by what I heard along with the smooth production.
