B) Not only did I get severely burned on the song, hearing it at my old job constantly what job were you working where you heard Social Distortion of all bands on loop wtf. Every store I've ever worked at just plays off-brand current pop music and the rare times customers hear any hard rock or r&b/rap they tell you to "turn off the devil worship music" This is hard to believe |

#44. Rush - The Trees
I wasn't even sure if I had heard this before, but it really impressed me. One of Rush's best guitar driven songs. If I'm gonna go prog this is definitely the road to go.

Not too bad of a set, most of the reveals were pretty close to where I ranked them. I do think The Middle and So Whatโcha Want went out a bit too early though

44. The Trees: Not gonna lie, I thought this was a shoo-in for the top three. But this is fine, I guess.
43. So What'cha Want: I get that Doc HATED this song and its vocals. But I dug the back and forth wordplay and the minimalist backing track giving enough room for the words to hit their marks and have full impact. I'll agree they should have grabbed Fight for Your Right to Party, No Sleep Till Brooklyn and Intergalactic when they had the chance. But this is a legitimate choice.
42. Ramblin' Man: Vocals were kind of weak for this one and the song's pacing didn't help. The worst songs in my rankings were all at least OK, so there's that.
41. E-Pro: Not gonna argue that they should have released this one. But why now when Loser and Where It's At are both available?
37. Tangled Up in Blue: I'm convinced that Dylan is a good writer...the story told here was compelling. But I don't think I can consider him a good vocalist. I'm not sure whether that's an acceptable opinion. But don't blame me, the vandals done took all the handles.
36. The Middle: Maybe it's a bit too much pop leaning for some. Maybe it would have been more at home for a Karaoke Revolution soundtrack. But that song still gets me pumped years later.

The fact that Harmonix was able to get The Whoโs 2010 Super Bowl performance added as DLC still blows my mind. The fact that they had ready for release as soon as the Super Bowl was over was even more impressive

I haven't listened to much Dream Theater but Panic Attack was a great discovery. Even played it for my brother who's a big Dream Theater fan (he's seen them live!)
