I was tempted to vote for “Be Alright” cause it’s one of her most ridiculously overrated songs but “Right There” aged hard.

Oh gosh "Right There" is just a basic song, but "Light is coming" is definitely rubbish. I'm voting the lights out LOL.

For me, it was a battle between "the light is coming" and "NASA", as I absolutely love the remaining four (can't believe "Right There" is getting so much slander - Big Sean's second verse is a bit corny, but it's such a sweet slice of late 90s-inspired R&B and Ariana nails the dreamy lovestruck vibe).
Ultimately, even if "the light is coming" frustrates me more for being such a blatant attempt to replicate "Lemon" 's magic + Nicki's unrelated verse, there are some redeeming elements on the verses and pre-chorus (I love the unique production choices used), and the lyrical sentiment is an nice one, with the repetition serving to manifest better days to come.
In the meantime, while I don't necessarily dislike "NASA", its clumsy central metaphor and the rather uninspired production just don't do it for me, so that will be my vote. I just feel there was more missed potential with this one, especially since the verses are good and its overall premise of needing space barely gets discussed in popular music.
