“I’m Gonna Love You” debuts at #21 on Country Airplay. Solid start for this! Daaang that’s awesome!! Is it gonna drop a little based on all the initial hype airplay? Or can we expect it to just keep moving up from here? Not really sure what the radio climate is these days or if there were any kinda airplay deals for this. |

I think the majority of people are using streaming services. We’re more likely to see it on MAX, if I had to guess… since she already has a concert (My Gift) available there. Also, the Storyteller Tour is out there for purchase and rent on Prime. |

Releasing the Reflection concert covering Carrie's hits to streaming is a great thing to promote while she's on idol.
I'd guess a decent number of people who might have lost interest in Carrie's career along the way might consider checking it out and see how much Carrie's grown as a performer and get to hear some of her bigger songs they might not be familiar with.

We'll just see what happens, a lot of people don't have these streaming services. To be honest, this is changing very fast. DVD players are hardly sold anymore, and many movies aren’t even released on DVD anymore. “My Savior” was a special case because they marketed it through infomercials to cater to a specific, let’s say senior demographic. Overall, DVDs are obsolete, sorry to say. Perhaps they’ll do a cable TV special before adding it to a streaming service. I’m sure it would do well, and that would give people a chance to record the concert for themselves if they aren’t able to stream it afterwards. ABC can always use a ratings grab, they’ve been struggling as of the last few years. |

Artistically and vocally, Reflection was an amazing show. I hope it’s solidified as a DVD or streaming.
She might be on track to rank in the Top 10 Vegas residencies for females after this is done. I honestly think she should keep doing Vegas. It draws in the general public who might not see her amazing live shows otherwise.

Does this ending of her Reflection residency hurt her SNF gig as well since the last few years she filmed SNF at Resorts World. I'd say it affects that zeroly. She was involved with that long before Reflection was ever a thing. |

Bittersweet because it has been an amazing run and such a beautiful show, but the stan inside is hopeful that maybe, just maybe, we are gearing up for an album launch/tour later in 2025.

I'm sure if the folks at Resorts are willing, Carrie could continue filming SNF there if she wanted to. I mean, she was are already sharing the space with other artists while her show wasn't playing.

I don’t think these gigs are related necessarily, but I will say I don’t see Carrie doing SNF much longer. She’s by far their longest serving opener and I imagine there will come a point when the parties involved want to move on to someone new, Carrie included. Whether or not that lines up with the residency ending, I don’t know, but I highly doubt SNF is reliant upon her residency. |

Agreed. She won't do it forever. I'm surprised she's been doing it as long as she has. If for whatever reason she doesn't do it next year it will be due to both parties moving on. Tbh I kinda was unsure if she was going to do it this year.

Carrie loves doing SNF, so we'll see. She can still do SNF since they usually filmed it in the summer months, and they usually do it in Los Angeles. I don’t think location of where they shoot the video matters a whole lot. All of that is baked into the contract which is individualized based on the artist’s availability. For example, if they decide to go with say, Lainey Wilson next year (she is who I think will be next whenever it changes), they would work with her people to find a place and time that works for everyone who needs to be there… Also, it may seem like a huge project but the most time consuming part of the SNF gig is recording all of the different team and QB name combos for each week - but that can be done at once in any studio. Otherwise, the music video portion is a one-day music video shoot. So to your point, I don’t think scheduling is a major concern with the SNF gig. If I had to guess it probably takes up two days total of the artist’s time. |

Excited that reflection will be available to watch at home, but i don’t see it coming out in january. Is the person who said that a reliable source? Because i just don’t see them releasing it until after the residency is done in april. I could absolutely see it coming out in may or sometime after that.
