Still no vinyl for sale anywhere but her website. I guess I’ll cave and order from there.

After much Reflection (The Las Vegas Residency), I present my ranking of the pre-release tracks:
01. "She Don't Know" - Modern day Loretta with all the twang unleashed. Love the storytelling across the verses and something about that chorus just hits. 02. "Crazy Angels" - A hybrid slice of 80's rock / 90's country that just make me smile. 03. "Ghost Story" - A slow burner that becomes more potent with each listen. The lower register > 04. "Denim & Rhinestones" - A retro throwback earworm.
I adore all of them! Album of the Year incoming!

Honestly shocked it wasn’t something pre-taped. Too bad. I hope the rest of her team stays healthy and that her staff member recovers quickly!

I'm not the biggest Carrie fan but I really love 'She Don't Know.' It's such a throwback to Dolly and Loretta. It's nice to hear something so different from Carrie.

Ticket to the experience of my life secured. Next up, the outfit I’ll be wearing…made of denim & rhinestones, obviously. This is my first CU concert and I’ve waited for years for this moment; I’m so insanely excited.

She Don’t Know needs to be a single in the future. It’s a jam. I’ve noticed that all 4 of the songs that have been released so far have been major ear worms. That could bode well for Carrie when it comes to chart success. This era is going to be off the chain! GH is finally taking off and the album drops in a few weeks! Let’s go!!!

I am actually a big fan that the second single won't come out until after the album has been out for a while. This will allow them to be able to see which songs are connecting the best with the audience so they can choose the correct single. The last thing we need this era is what happened last era with the second single, sucking out a lot of momentum.

Seems like yesterday that I was 15 and voting for Carrie 2,000 times a week. 😂 I was 13! I remember sitting with the family and watching her audition episode. I picked her right then as my favorite; now I’m 30 and the only difference is my votes have turned into an alarming amount of money! But it’s all worth it, she’s a special person in so many ways and I’m possessively proud to this day - I think because she was probably the best thing about my teenage life.

I’ve had a few glasses (1.25 bottles) of pinot, so I need to go deep here. I often think of how different my life would be if she never auditioned and I hadn’t decided to lay on the floor in front of the tv with my family that night. I can’t even imagine it. Throughout my life, her next career move, release, or performance have all been like mini Christmases for me. All events to look forward to, analyse, discuss, and revisit countless times.
Regardless of my sex and what I came to realize as my sexual orientation, I viewed Carrie as a positive role model from the impressionable age of 12 and I still do as I’m about to enter my 30s. This sounds dramatic, but there have been times where my life could have easily taken a darker turn, but I always thought of the type of person I wanted to be like. Carrie’s been a huge and constant reminder for me of where I came from and who I am at my core in a (gay) world that can really mess a person up.
To this day, I find her to be one of the most admirable humans in an industry that is so difficult and damaging. She’s a true talent and such a lovely person who is completely herself when it would be so easy for her to cash in and not be. I actually think she could have been a much bigger star than she is, but I think her authenticity and making the career moves she wanted has ultimately given her a longer career.
I’m 100% confident we’ll be watching her career until a much later retirement. As a colossal fan of an artist who continues to push herself in so many ways, I can’t wait to see what the next 17 years holds.

Still remember so well watching her audition. It was exactly like what Simon described. Carrie walked in and it was as if she was the only one in colour during that season. My absolute favourite to win since day 1. ❤️
Was a little worried during the season that she won't get there due to her lack of stage presence. But am so glad her pure talent, humble and genuine personality and IT factor pulled through.

Hope she kept her Mustang from the show. It would fit perfectly in a hall of fame in the future, like they have Dolly and Elvis' cars in hall of fames.

I seem to remember an interview from years ago where she said she gave the mustang to a teenage niece or nephew. Maybe she just let them drive it and got it back at some point? Am I dreaming or does anybody else remember that?

The fact that we are twelve days away from the album of the year being released is so exciting!! I love all four we’ve heard so far, and I can’t wait to hear the rest!!

Honestly not really into She Don't Know. I can't quite pinpoint why, I just don't care for it. Maybe it'll click in context of the album. Hoping so, anyway.
LOVE the other 3 tracks, though, and I'm so excited for this album! I really believe it's going to be one of her best.

Does anybody know her promotion technique in the next coming week? Is she scheduled to be on any talk shows or have any live performances or anything like that? Because I hope so.

I imagine there will be a Today/Tonight Show slot somewhere, and hopefully she'll appear in-person on Kelly Clarkson. Wherever she goes, I'm sure there is promo planned for the release week of Carrie's first regular country album in nearly 4 years.

"Pink Champagne" is a lot of fun, "Poor Everybody Else" is a rocker, "Garden" is poignant.
I love how she keeps iterating the album was created with the tour in mind.
