Drake is the second artist (and first soloist) in history with at least 10 #1's on Hot 100 & Billboard 200. Today I learned Madonna only has 9 #1 albums -- maybe she'll join him with her next one.

Also, Drake is one of only two artists to have a number 1 each year of the 20s so far, the only other person to do this is Mariah Carey.

Ironic is Future/Drake debuting a song titled "I'm On One" the same week they're included on another song that is #1.

This song should’ve definitely had the #10 spot. Not only would it be coincidental, but it’s a way better song compared to the boring snooze fest song that is #10 right now.

Acts to score more multiple top 10 debuts in a single week:
will forever be upset at TIDAL for screwing this up because Beyoncé could have been the first artist in history to achieve this feat instead of fucking Ed Sheeran. alternatively, had Prince not died that same week (r.i.p.) and charted 2 songs in the Top 10, though that's obviously a tragedy out of anyone's control. on the May 14, 2016 chart:No. 10, “Formation” No. 11, “Sorry” No. 13, “Hold Up”

Woman and Need To Know confirmed charting, while You Right confirmed recurrent: Stay and Ghost confirm charting: Heads up, the tweets cited are just assuming based on the predictions. If you go to Doja Cat's Hot 100 Chart History page right now, you will see that "Need to Know" and "Woman" have not incremented yet, that'll occur in a handful of hours. That Doja stat account just changes the displayed value with Inspect Element for the screenshot.

It‘d have been an easy #1. Hyped-up lead single and performed at the Super Bowl with a huge controversy surrounding it. Sometimes this woman makes me mad 😂

It’s “About Damn Time” Lizzo cracked the Hot 100—hope it gets that #15 debut as predicted above! :) It’s actually not a debut. It charted the last 2 weeks (at 50 and 60). The closest comparison to ADT this week was when Uptown Funk went from 65-18 in Week 2, and of course, we all know how big that got. I blanked that up good..I meant the top 40 on the Hot 100 … went back and edited it… 🙈

I like to see a high turnover and hot new songs at #1, but I'm kind of wondering how Future's 14 million lead on streaming managed to beat out Harry's 52 million lead on airplay and 10,000 lead in sales. Does anyone have an update on the formula and how that would work with the points breakdown? It seems a little unbalanced. Unless Future had vastly more on-demand/paid streams than Harry or something.

Unless Future had vastly more on-demand/paid streams than Harry or something. The race was won because Future's album bomb relied mostly on paid streams (the highest tier that is divided by just 1250). It actually ended up quite the nailbiter, especially because of that D2C campaign for "As It Was".

Which also explains why Wait For U ended up higher than PSY's That That on the Billboard Global 200 even though the latter was streamed more and also sold more.

forget our favorite retiree Rihanna, Drake is going to be the one to beat Mariah's record sometime in the next 5 years What record is this? Consecutive years with a top 10 hit? Because I think Rihanna's streak there is longer than Mariah's 12 streak. 2005 - Pon De Replay 2006 - SOS 2007 - Umbrella 2008 - Disturbia 2009 - Run This Town 2010 - Love The Way You Lie 2011 - What's My Name? 2012 - Where Have You Been 2013 - Stay 2014 - The Monster 2015 - FourFiveSeconds 2016 - Work 2017 - Wild Thoughts Drake would have the record except he barely missed in 2014 where Hold On We're Going Home started the year at #13

I mean, if that is the case, it's not like Mariah is 5 #1s behind The Beatles.

Levitating fell just 2 weeks shy of tying Sail for the third-most weeks on the Hot 100 ever.
