About Damn Time is really increasing on Apple Music too. It’s up to 28 right now, and that’s with 16 Future songs ahead of it. You love to see it. ADT is going to be massive. Not only is it gaining massively on Spotify every day regardless of day of the week, it is already ahead of As It Was and First Class on iTunes. ADT is going to be #1 by the end of June and be the song of the summer.

It seems reasonable, he has a current smash #1 hit and two previous big hits, and Bad Bunny, while performing very well for a Latin artist, hasn't really had major crossover success yet. What were the opening numbers of his previous albums? Dákiti ending at #28 on Hot 100 year-end is not major success enough? YHLQMDLG: 35k pure, 179k SPS. El Último Tour Del Mundo: 116k SPS. (Pretty unique release days for the albums considering the former is released in extra day of leap year and the latter is released in Thanksgiving week) I think both albums will perform closer to each other than others think. Jack Harlow's album probably won't have another song that will have the same debut as High Class did. Meanwhile, Bad Bunny is just very popular in the US. It seems reasonable, he has a current smash #1 hit and two previous big hits, and Bad Bunny, while performing very well for a Latin artist, hasn't really had major crossover success yet. What were the opening numbers of his previous albums? DAKITI, MIA, and Yonaguni all debuted in the Top 10 and were YE hits lmao. Also YHLQMDLG was the first Spanish language album bomb and had a Top 40 debut Ok yeah I'll admit I was wrong, which I realized soon after, re-checking his chart history. He has had some major crossover success, and of course there was also I Like It with Cardi and J Balvin. It's always nice to see primarily foreign-language artists have major success in the U.S.!!

I think we’re underestimating Post. Yeah he had a couple of underperforming singles, but then again he is seeing some longevity with ORN even if it is majority radio. It won’t be anywhere near HB’s success but I think he can do 100k at least minimum. If Lizzo can prove us wrong, i think Post can somewhat come through in 2022 as well.

ADT is going to be #1 by the end of June and be the song of the summer. While I’d like to see it go to #1, she’s facing a pretty tough top 2. Both Harry and Jack are having album releases in upcoming weeks that’s going to fuel their 1st singles even more. That may die down by June but by then both of these songs will be really high on airplay too. Not to mention we can’t leave out whatever follow up singles Jack/Harry will be pushing after their album bombs. So she’s headed towards a wall here once she gets passed all the clutter if she reaches the top 3. If anything I can see this being the “Kiss Me More” of 2022. I do think there may be a chance for her to hit #1 in July when her own album drops, but that’s still far and away and too early to tell.

I don't wanna make big predictions concerning About Damn Time since there's still a small part of me worrying that this streaming boost will be short lived BUT I really want it to be a big summer smash and it would be a great song of the summer if that did happen

I don't think anyone is questioning whether he'll do 100k. He should pull Future numbers minimum, so probably in the 180-250k range, though most likely something slightly above 200k, like 200-210k

Bad Bunny's global numbers just aren't going to translate into the US lol. Jack Harlow is definitely the bigger artist of the two in the US at this point. He has scored 2 number ones in the past half a year. Yes, Bad Bunny is still very popular in the States, it's just that he is nowhere as accessible due to the language barrier. Jack Harlow picked up massively in the last year, and especially in the last few months. By the end of the year he and Lil Baby should establish themselves as unquestionably top 5 rappers in the game. Bad Bunny may still be bigger globally, but the US is a whole different ballpark Um, have u seen Bad Bunny's number for his albums?? ?? Yeah and he debuted at #1 with 120k in the US (which was a decrease from his previous album). Even if he doubles that, which I doubt, Jack should outperform him. As I'm saying, he is a big artist and he's still bigger than Jack worldwide, but in the US Jack should do more than him. Look, they're both good, young artists that are simply focused on attracting different audiences, and one debuting above the other doesn't change that

All this talk about ADT’s rise has overshadowed the fact that Provenza has also been quietly gaining momentum. It’s now up to #15 on US Spotify (a new peak), and if it weren’t for the Future tracks it would be at #5 on AM.

What has Lizzo proven wrong, though? The song has been out for only two weeks, so what has there been to prove? Post Malone has released a few singles within the year, and none have gone top ten. Even Rumors opened within the top ten

Since we’re on the topic of Post Malone, congrats to him and his girlfriend who are expecting their first child.

I'm still confused how you think Bad Bunny isn't bigger in the US than Jack

The rise of ADT reminds me a lot of Uptown Funk, in that both didn't take off right away in the first week, but when it did it really went everywhere fast. I get the feeling that ADT is going to be even bigger than As It Was, in the same way that Uptown Funk became a bigger hit than Blank Space.

Just for fun want to bookmark this really bold prediction --- Kudos if you are right though However - a little reminder, in an era where you can be #1 on Digital and not even make Bubbling Under, basing predictions on this may be a stretch. Note though - not even #1 now as I post this. The Gaga song will probably only grow further as the movie is finally getting released and will grow further if the movie is a hit
