BEYONCÉ: 'act i: RENAISSANCE' Era

Still hoping we'll get the visuals on the 1 year anniversary of the album to boost it even more.

This era has been massively successful with "Break My Soul" & "Cuff It" becoming big hits. Then many of the songs from the album have had/have been having viral moments such as "Heated"/"America Has A Problem".

Shame they haven't released a 3rd single to radio. Rhythmic/Urban would eat up "America Has A Problem" and with a push it could easily have become a moderate-big sized hit on the Hot 100, likely going top 20 or even top 10.

I hope they do release a 3rd single to radio at some point, maybe to coincide with the visuals (whenever they arrive).

The concert was (as expected) one of the best experiences of my life. We stood in line for many hours, got exhausted even before the concert started but in the end, it was all worth it. The vocals, the visuals & the outfits were all on point. I hope you all get to see the show, no matter if you're in Club Renaissance or in the nosebleeds. 🖤

The statement chalked it up to technical limitations of the stadium and scheduling. But it was definitely ticket sales IMO, they were really bad here compared to her other US dates. It's a recurring issue I've noticed in Pittsburgh, we have a hard time attracting black talent, most R&B/hip hop artists tend to avoid this city like the plague. I doubt she'll ever schedule another date here.

Fans were decked out in Toronto tonight for the show. :) I was a restaurant near the centre and it was awesome people watching. :)

My friends flew from NYC to Toronto just for this show. I am still on the fence about going to Houston but it's her hometown, I can take a bus to get there, and it's a weekend, so can either stay with a friend or a hotel for the night. I might just splurge and do floor. Last time I saw Beyonce was Coachella, which I still think will go down as her defining performance. The only time I have seen Beyonce in a non-festival setting was the Ladies First Tour when she first went solo.

I understand if she didn’t do videos for it, because maybe she wanted to change it up and have the music speak for itself…but the whole thing could be that much bigger with visuals!!! It’s a wasted opportunity imo for something epic. And it could reignite the whole era. The album is still so good. Whenever I revisit it, I smile.

My show is almost exactly 8 weeks away. I’ve already decided on what I’m gonna wear and I keep ordering stuff I’m preparation lol. So excited for this concert

Y’all it has been WIDELY reported that there are some type of visuals/MVS and that she hurt herself while doing reshoots (now that I think about it that’s probably why she ended up getting surgery) who’s to say if they have been scrapped or not. We are probably at least gonna get a tour/concert film out of this. I honestly think she will release the visuals at the end of the US tour (since there will supposedly be another leg for South America, Asia and Oceania)

I just have to say this is truly my favourite Beyoncé era. The album and tour are pure perfection. Dangerously In Love was for the longest time, because I loved all the singles so much and it was her first independent thing, but this era crushes that, for me.

I’m bummed I didn’t see the tour, I must say.

I live here. She is one of the few politicians I’ve had represent me that actually does stuff about the things that matter to me (just yesterday, she signed two bills into law banning conversion therapy for LGBTQ+ youth). Trust me, her making a two minute video celebrating B is not hindering her from doing her job lol

Back to the topic though, I was at the show last night and was so blown away. I knew the production was going to be incredible but I was utterly stunned by her live vocals. One of the best live performers I’ve ever seen!
