Didn't expect the top 10 to have exactly half songs from men and another half from women.

Surprisingly, despite Miranda's usual guarantee of a top 10 spot in these rankdowns, "Strange" was always mostly on the outside looking in!

It's such a shame that THIS was a flop on the charts... One of my favorites from her in quite some time! This type of melody just works so well with her voice.

Lmao really? For some reason I had changed my memory to have it finishing at like #30 or something

Still, #15 among a bunch of well-known and highly-loved songs makes sense. But to finish #16 as one of the few songs that would have any kind of familiarity bias versus a bunch of songs that were first-time listens for 95% of the participants?! Lol

Um the songs in Americana airplay rankdown overlaps with AAA airplay rankdown quite a bit and most participants are familiar with those songs more than Wilder Days.

So LBTrocks pushes Wishful Drinking out of top 10 just to makes 7500 OBO in the top 10...

Either song probably ends up in my bottom 10 when the decade-end rankdown comes so it doesn't really matter.

Tim McGraw was the main one to luck out by being in the right place at the right time when Morgan Wade and Ingrid Andress both lost their top 10 placements in the home stretch! This song jumped quickly into the top 25, then had a graaaaaaadual climb all the way to the top 15, and then finally making the top 10 with our final list.

And I could not be happier to see this wonderful song make it this high! I didn't necessarily think that it would, as there are a few much more buzz-worthy artists than Tim McGraw these days that had to miss out for him to be here. So I'll take it! The groove to this one is just so slick, and the throwbacks to "Where The Green Grass Grows" make it even better. I love everything about this one. Easy top 5 rank for me!

The interpolation on "7500 OBO" is just SO good. Glad this did well, but it finishing in the top 10 is a bit of a stretch imo.

One has a GREAT melody that grew on me significantly even tho the artist is not one of my favs.

I didn't have "Last Night Lonely" pegged as a top 10 contender coming into this, but it was very clear that it was going to be from almost the very beginning. That trajectory graph says it all! This was not quite ever able to make it anywhere near the top 5, but it was also never really at any risk of missing out on the top 10 either. That's the power you get when NOBODY ranks you lower than bottom 40!
