With the 28 May HAC chart, "Flowers" has spent 14 weeks at #1. This ties the song for 8th place for most weeks at #1. She ties "Memories" - Maroon 5, "High Hopes" - Panic! At the Disco, "Girls Like You" - Maroon 5, "Here without You" - 3 Doors Down, and "Torn" by Natalie Imbruglia.
The record for most weeks is 23 weeks, by "Smooth" - Santana f/ Rob Thomas.

yesterday was Flowers last day at #1 at AC which prevents it from getting 35 weeks at #1.it was not Taylor but a Christmas song from Cher which was #12 last week.

I wonder if it'll get a few more weeks at #1 in the new year? I can see YE countdowns helping too. She needs 4 weeks to get the record outright, 3 to tie the record and 2 to tie 2nd place. I'm kind of hoping she can do it!

Christmas is over and it is back to #1 at AC giving it 35 weeks.Taylor is very close though.on Billboard it also has 35 weeks and in a tie for second place.
