I’m wondering if Billboard accidentally either typed the wrong Jay-Z album reentered or actually put the wrong album on the chart lol. “The Blueprint 3” (2009) is the album that contains Run This Town. Doesn’t make sense “The Blueprint” (2001), with no Rihanna collab would rechart but TBP3 didn’t. That is a little surprising, and I could see them mistyping the wrong album in the article, but not on the chart - I don't think they've ever made that mistake. Since Run This Town is on The Blueprint 3 and not The Blueprint, you'd think that song's streams would contribute to the former charting and not the latter, however RTT didn't actually receive nearly as many streams as her other songs this week, so I think what happened was her performance of that and Umbrella just sparked general interest in Jay-Z and led people to check out The Blueprint, probably more remembered and acclaimed than The Blueprint 3 (if not the most remembered and acclaimed album of his).

Charts are generated by database -- less chance of a typo (Jay-Z was shown during halftime in the audience which might explain this)
Articles are written manually
The Blueprint returns at #137 -- first appearace since 2002

Morgan Wallen’s ‘Last’ Helps Him Be First on All Five Billboard Country Charts Plus, Luke Combs launches at No. 3 on Hot Country Songs.
BY JIM ASKERMorgan Wallen Morgan Wallen photographed by Eric Ryan Anderson on December 16, 2020 in Whites Creek, Tenn. Styling by Amy Georgulis. Topman shirt, Tom Ford sweater, Liverpool jeans, Tecovas boots. MMorgan Wallen leads all five of Billboard’s country charts (dated Feb. 25), becoming the first artist to achieve the quintuple domination since Luke Combs nearly four years ago. Wallen’s “Last Night” tops the streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Hot Country Songs list for a second week, with 28.3 million U.S. streams, 1.3 million in radio airplay audience and 10,000 sold in the Feb. 10-16 tracking week, according to Luminate. “Last Night” also leads Country Digital Song Sales for a third week and Country Streaming Songs for a second week. Concurrently, Wallen banks his eighth Country Airplay No. 1 with “Thought You Should Know” (33.2 million, up 4%). Both songs preview his 36-track album One Night at a Time, due March 3. On Top Country Albums, Wallen’s prior LP, Dangerous: The Double Album, spends its record-extending 95th week in the penthouse (44,000 equivalent album units). Wallen is the first act to rule all five country surveys since Combs dominated the charts dated March 9, March 30 and April 6, 2019. One other artist has led all five charts simultaneously: Kane Brown, on Oct. 28, 2017. ‘Anyway,’ Here’s MoreLuke Combs scores his 18th Hot Country Songs top 10 as “Love You Anyway,” which he co-penned, blasts in at No. 3. It drew 17.7 million streams and sold 9,000 downloads in its first week. The song introduces his third LP, the 18-track Gettin’ Old, due March 24. “Anyway” marks Combs’ fifth top 10 Hot Country Songs debut, a haul that includes a No. 1 launch in November 2020 for “Forever After All,” which went on to reign for 10 weeks. Combs’ current single being promoted to country radio, “Going, Going, Gone,” from his 2022 album Growin’ Up, ranks at No. 8 on Hot Country Songs after reaching No. 5 in January. It drew 9.7 million streams and sold 2,000 in the latest tracking week. On Country Airplay, it pushes 4-3 for a new best (29 million, up 6%).

It is definitely a mistake. Run This World actually made top 20 on Apple Music last week after the Super Bowl, so TBP3 should’ve been able to chart. TBP1 was not out streaming on any streaming services this week, and had absolutely minimal sales as it makes zero sales charts this week. Charts are generated by database -- less chance of a typo (Jay-Z was shown during halftime in the audience which might explain this) Articles are written manually The Blueprint returns at #137 -- first appearace since 2002 They’ve made this mistake before with other artists. Last year during February, Ed Sheeran’s Divide magically dropped out the Billboard 200 for the first time from the top 100 after charting for 5+ consecutive years and one of his older albums reentered that week. The next week Divide was magically charting again and the older album left. www.billboard.com/charts/billboard-200/2022-01-29/www.billboard.com/charts/billboard-200/2022-02-05/www.billboard.com/charts/billboard-200/2022-02-12/

iHype. do you have more hard data to show the songs from TB3 were streamed more than those from TB1 this week? Run This Town isn't in the Streaming Songs or Digital Sales top 50 at all this week, despite many other Rihanna songs making the top 50 of both, so I'm not sure if such a poor showing for Run This Town would've been enough for a #137 placement for TB3. If it is a mistake, I guess we'll see if they correct it.

We may never know unless they run a "correction" this week which they sometimes do.
Jay-Z, Rihanna spikes are gonna be short lived

The Blueprint The Blueprint 3 was also higher on Apple Music's album chart all last week. Spotify + Apple are 90% of the streams. There's no way TBP1 was outstreaming TBP3 lol. Run This Town also had the music video finally released on YouTube officially 2 weeks ago too, it has 2.3 million streams already which is pretty notable. Thus TBP3 is more than likely outstreaming there too.
