Aero's Dynamite 00s Pop Rankdown

Back with another 2000s personal rd! This time giving my inner pop hoe a turn in the spotlight

I've planned this one for nearly a couple years now, gathering a lot of ideas for what to include. At some point or another, I considered several dozen different songs - enough that I potentially could've made this into two rankdowns, before finally narrowing down the list to 40.

The selection here uses a somewhat broad definition of pop, covering different styles of dance pop, pop rock, indie pop, synthpop, r&b, pop rap, etc. from charting hits to album cuts, from big names to relative or complete unknowns.
