Up Jumps A Boogie is some of Timbaland’s most dated stuff.

I've got my first disappointments as 911 is a Joke, Junior M.A.F.I.A., and Step Into a World going out early is tragic. I understand why (well except Junior M.A.F.I.A., I would've thought that would have more legs)

I genuinely thought Up Jumps Da Boogie and Afro Puffs would have stick around longer.

Magoo's verses on the uncensored version to "Up Jumps Da Boogie" are wild as f**k. lol. I love Aaliyah's vocals on the hook. And Missy has the catchiest verses. Choice lines: - I'm up in the cut like gay n***as in butt - No fan of Madonna - she just a fuckin slut. - I'm Blackfoot Indian, my race should be mutt. - Like Jews and Chinese, I own your rap lease. These rankings are even wilder than Maginoo's lyrics.

Baffled at Timbaland and Magoo's making it this far. They weren't even "so bad that it's good" rappers in the 90s. A good ghostwriter could've done wonders for them.

Welcome back! The next two songs are tied, one will be higher because of a higher individual rank. The song leaving us now has a Top 20, four bottom 20s, and two perfect rankings.

I love Eve but this has always been on a lower rung for me.

I like the story of the song, but the production and Eve’s performance feel a little drastic compared to it.

Baffled at Timbaland and Magoo's making it this far. They weren't even "so bad that it's good" rappers in the 90s. A good ghostwriter could've done wonders for them. Timbaland ushered in a whole new sound and era of music and this album was the definition of lit when I was in high school. You had to have been there. I don't think anyone is confusing Timbaland and Magoo with actual good rappers, LMAO, but the song is hot for Aaliyah, Missy, and the beat ALONE. So, yeah, it was robbed.

59. The Power - Snap!Snap! was formed in Germany by producers Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti under the names Benito Benites and John "Virgo" Garrett III. Their biggest hit came in 1990 with "The Power" which hit #1 in six countries. In the US, it topped the rap and dance charts and peaked at #4 on the R&B chart and #2 on the Hot 100. The song samples "Love's Gonna Get You" by Jocelyn Brown, "King Of The Beats" by Mantronix, and initially sampled "Let The Words Flow" by Chill Rob G. This version was released and credited to Power Jam. Arista Records wanted to release its own version in the US, but due to it not being legally possible to release the original version, it was re-recorded with new lyrics by Turbo B (Durron Butler) and with additional vocals by Penny Ford. It was released in the US when the samples were legally cleared. 58. I Got a Man - Positive KBorn and raised in The Bronx, Darryl Gibson got his start as part of a family rap group called Disco Cousins, performing under the name Baby Breeze. He later joined the group Almighty God Committee, using the name Positive Knowledge Allah. He later went solo and shortened his name to Positive K. His biggest hit came with the 1992 release of "I Got a Man". It peaked at #1 on the rap chart, #10 on the R&B chart, and #14 on the Hot 100. The song was built on a sample of A Taste Of Honey's "Rescue Me", and also samples "Get Up And Dance" by Freedom, "Spread Love" by Take 6, "High Power Rap" by Crash Crew, "Mama Used To Say" by Junior, "Kuff" by Shelly Thunder, and the movie Die Hard 2. Fun fact: Positive K also voices the female in the song using studio technology to raise his pitch. 56. Renee - Lost BoyzThe Lost Boyz were formed in Queens by Mr. Cheeks (Terrance Kelly), Freaky Tah, Spigg Nice, and Pretty Lou. They broke through in 1996 with the single "Renee". Featured on the soundtrack to the movie Don't Be a Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood, it peaked at #3 on the rap chart, #13 on the R&B chart, and #33 on the Hot 100. Sampling Janet Jackson's "Funny How Time Flies (When You're Having Fun)", it's about a woman who meets and dates the narrator but is then killed during a robbery. Freaky Tah was murdered in 1999. After the release of their third album Mr. Cheeks left to pursue a solo career. Spigg Nice served time in jail for multiple bank robberies. When he was released, the group reunited on Nick Cannon's Wild 'N Out. Sad that "The Power" was out so early, even though I do prefer "Rhythm is a Dancer" from them.

55. Guilty Conscience - Eminem feat. Dr. DreBorn in Missouri and raised in the Detroit suburbs, Marshall Mathers III got his start rapping with a friend in high school, originally taking on the name M&M. He then formed a group called New Jacks which was later renamed to Soul Intent. Em and fellow rapper Proof later formed The Dirty Dozen, or D12, with four other rappers. He broke through with the release of The Slim Shady LP in 1999. The album's third single, "Guilty Conscience", peaked at #56 on the R&B chart. The song samples "I Will Follow Him" by Little Peggy March and "Pigs Go Home" by Ronald Stein, the latter of which led to a lawsuit by Stein's widow due to Stein not receiving songwriting credit and his wife not getting any royalties. The suit was eventually dismissed. Weird range of the rankdown because I'm not actually losing very high rankings yet but my 31-50 is just continually getting sniped while my lowest ranks keep hanging around

53. Feel So Good - MaseBorn in Jacksonville, Florida, and raised in Harlem, Mason Betha began rapping as Murda Mase with childhood friend Cam'ron (who went by Killa Cam). They briefly formed the group Children Of The Corn with Big L, Herb McGruff, Figga Digga, and Bloodshed, and were managed by Damon Dash. Mase later signed with Bad Boy Records and released his debut album Harlem World in 1997. His debut single, "Feel So Good", was a rap charttopper and peaked at #5 on the R&B and Hot 100 charts. The song was built on a sample of Kool & The Gang's "Hollywood Swinging", and the chorus is an interpolation of "Bad Boy" by The Miami Sound Machine. Features vocals by Kelly Price and was also featured on the soundtrack to the movie Money Talks. Mase retired from music in 1999 and became an ordained minister. He eventually returned.
