Speaking of Kelly/Whitney. I'm still so f**king bitter about that AMAs where they had Kelly and P!nk singing some random duet of "Everybody Hurts" and had Christina doing a Whitney tribute. When clearly it should have been the other way around.

I know Jhud can sing too but I'm so over the screaming and volume. I wanted Kelly to sing a solo WH song and then bring out Mariah and do When You Believe. That's how you market a show! Would have been a moment and caused a stir  |

Breakaway got super limited black vinyl repressed, check your local store to pre order It shouldn’t be too limited and will likely end up at Target and Amazon in the states. UK links usually appear a bit before. Well, at least RCA is doing something for the 20th anniversary. No reason her best selling album shouldn't be widely available on vinyl. Hopefully some cooler variants pop up. |

She truly hasn't gotten the just due respect for her vocals as she should. Yes the world knows she can sing but does the world really know? SLAYYYYYED. She and Jessie J are the only singers I’ve ever heard do justice to a Whitney song. |

Seeing Celine praise you that's worth more any award tbh. Talent recognizes talent and some of the greatest singers of all time have heaped praise upon thy.

This thread more than any other, and especially now, makes me think - why don’t we have a LOVE button?!? The cover is one of her best, and there is basically no higher compliment. It’s brave and daring to cover Celine at all, and she made it look ridiculously easy. I don’t even have words. And then the fact that Celine herself feels that way about it. Too much. Time and time again with her, talent recognizes talent. I know she’s had her commercial moment(s) but I just really want her to have another one - this voice cannot just be regelated to a talk show dynasty. This voice is its own dynasty and I want another #1 song, album, the whole thing. The talent is there, the fan base is not tbh. But it should be because holy hell listen to this bitch whale. |
