These are all the studio albums that Janet, Madonna, and Mariah had released in the 2000s:
Janet:
All For You (2001) Damita Jo (2004) 20 Y.O. (2006) Discipline (2008)
Madonna:
Music (2000) American Life (2003) Confessions On A Dancefloor (2005)
Hard Candy (2008)
Mariah:
Glitter (2001) Charmbracelet (2002) The Emancipation of Mimi (2005)
E=MC² (2008) Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel (2009)
Of the three, who do you think has the most consistent discography from the 2000s?
As much as I love Janet and Mariah, Madonna was the most consistent for me, so I choose her for the win. I have enjoyed all her albums from the 2000s, and I literally don't have much criticism to say about them, even with the not so well received ones, Hard Candy and American Life.
With Janet, I only enjoyed 3/4 of them with DJ being my least fave. There are like 5 tracks that I never truly cared for and the sex jams were a huge miss for me. Sorry, not sorry, but it's never been one of my go to albums by her. Yeah, I only use it for a few songs, but that's about it. Just never fully connect or identify with it at all as her other albums. I have absolutely no emotional attachment to it whatsoever. "Put Your Hands On" should have been on the main tracklist instead of those 5 weaker ones instead.
AFY, 20 Y.O., and Discipline have never been that well liked among the fans, but they have always been the most enjoyable and pleasant to listen to throughout. I only dislike 1 or 2 songs from each album, but I still love the majority of the tracks on the album. Those are the albums that bring me the most joy when talking about her 2000s output. They have a lot more highs for me than DJ ever did. They take me back to more fonder, better memories of my life and were the least skippable for me.
With Mariah, it's 3/5 for me, Charmbracelet, TEOM, and E=MC² are truly the ones that I keep going back to. They each have great highlights for me in different ways, I especially find Charmbracelet and E=MC² to be extremely underrated. Glitter and Memoirs had some good tracks, but they never left a lasting impression on me like the other three.

Gotta go with Madge. For Music and COADF alone.

It's hard to not choose Madonna for this one. The 2000's were her 2nd best decade creatively.

All 3 of them had low points in the decade. Was not a fan of 20Y0, American Life, or about half of what Mariah did. I guess Janet because "Discipline" brought her back and "Hard Candy" was just mediocre.

Wow, everyone doing Mariah so dirty here! Madge coming out on top among users here (and COAD is perfect with Music not far behind), but I still think Mariah was more consistent with TEOM being a masterpiece and all the other albums containing songs that stand the test of time and are stand outs in her catalogue.

Mariah Janet Madonna
I go back to all Janet and Mariah albums and especially Memoirs have surprised for its timelessness. Only Music does it for me for Madonna, and have to give props to COAD for the hits but the rest is just eh.

I do agree with those that said they all had some high and low points throughout the decade. Music, All for You and The Emancipation of Mimi would be my respective favorites from each of them.
Overall speaking, I think Mariah gets my vote here.

I can see arguments for both Mariah and Madonna. Janet's highs are up there with both of them or perhaps even better, but I don't think that she was consistent across the span of all of those cds.

No question that Mariah should take this one. Each of those albums (whoops, forgot about Charmless, but...yeah...)are flawless. Madonna's 2000s output was all over the place stylistically, but I love all of those albums.

Much as Janet is always and forever my #1, she was the least consistent in the 00s.
HC and AL put Madonna behind Mariah. The only negative for MC are some of the vocals on Charmie, otherwise her 00s albums are all ace.

Madonna. There is something to love about each of the four, and two of them (Music and COADF) are top-tier Madonna.

How are we measuring consistency? Number of albums released, how they were spaced throughout the decade, quality, or commercial performance? If it's a balance of all of those, then I would say hands down Mariah, followed by Madonna, and then Janet. Glitter and Charmbracelet weren't great, though there are two or three tracks I like from both of those, Mimi and E=MC2 were superb, and then there were a few tracks I liked from Memoirs. Madonna and Janet were overall much lower in commercial performance, with both their first albums released that decade being their biggest, and then not much to show overall with their next three albums (at least in the U.S.), and imo they also paled in comparison quality-wise to Mariah. With Madonna, though I LOVE Music and Don't Tell Me, and there are some good songs from American Life, overall COADF and Hard Candy were actually better quality-wise for me. As for Janet, I don't entirely remember if I've listened through all her albums, but other than the singles and an album track here and there, I wasn't really a fan of them.
