Like Pitbull and Jason Derulo, Flo Rida became a household name, racking up hit after hit for a few years only to then disappear off the charts. Of all of his songs, what do you think is his most remembered or most known? I would argue it is Club Can’t Handle Me

First two that come to mind are 'Low' and 'Right Round'.

The "apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur" memes will forever keep "Low" far and away his most remembered song, no contest.
Now, you may consider discrediting it because that's actually T-Pain's line. Flo's parts of "Low" don't seem to be remembered really at all. In which case, his next best remembered track would probably be "Right Round" or "Wild Ones," but the problem with "Wild Ones" is the same as "Low," it's the featured artist (in this case Sia) that is responsible for the parts most remembered. "Right Round," however? A bit of a toss-up. Flo and Kesha actually share the hook there. But Kesha isn't even credited. Maybe an asterisk on that one. "Good Feeling" also has this same problem of with the samples being the most memorable parts. "G.D.F.R." is mostly remembered for its sax line.
So if you're looking strictly for Flo Rida's vocals only being the most remembered part of the song as the qualifier here, then it's "Whistle" or "My House." Now, "My House" actually is his most streamed song of all time, but a big reason for that is because it was his most recent smash hit and was such during the transition of digital sales to streaming for top music consumption whereas "Low" and "Right Round," for example, were smash hits in the heat of digital sales. Hell, even looking at Spotify, "My House" is only his 7th most popular track currently despite being the most streamed one ever. Even "Club Can't Handle Me" manages to be above it, and so does "Whistle" (which is #3?!) which is what inclines me to say "Whistle" is more remembered than "My House," but really I think that might just be splitting hairs. They're both pretty equal IMO.
TL;DR - depending on your definition, "Low" or "Whistle"/"My House."

Yeah I gotta agree with the majority and say that "Low" is his most remembered hit.
I would also give honorable mentions to "Right Round," "Wild Ones" and "My House" as I think all of those are fairly remembered.

Daily Streams (Youtube + Spotify)
Low - 840,892 Good Feeling - 464,968 Wild Ones - 456,295
That's his Top 3.

low is the only right answer. not to say that he doesn't have any other well known (and good) songs, but that's the one everyone knows.

Not too much on Flo Rida. He has a few..."Low" is it. Still in bar/club rotation, gets played pretty frequently on weekend radio.

Low. Followed by Right Round and Good Feeling.
Flo Rida and Pitbull are underrated for how many bops they gave us from late 2000s to mid 2010s.

Yeah, I'd say it's easily "Low." T-Pain's hook is so recognizable.

I for a long time have always thought that was Flo Rida doing the hook and T-Pain only doing the back-up vocals on it.
