She’s still got it. Kimberly Perry is back with her solo debut EP, Bloom, and it’s almost as if she never left. Absolutely fantastic set of tunes here.

All 5 of these songs are total standouts for me. It's hard to play favorites because they're all incredible, but "Smoke 'Em Too" is the winner for me. The melody of that one is just insatiable and I love the hook. I can't wait for part 2 later this year. So, so good to have Kimberly Perry back, and to have her back in the country genre where I feel she truly belongs and shines the brightest. We were really robbed of so much great music from her/the band over the years due to all their creative departures, but it's really nice to see her finally circling back and giving us the good stuff again.

As indulge mentioned, it’s very interesting that she’s now crediting TBP at least on Spotify. I wonder if it’s just to garner more streams or if something bigger is in the works. Anyways, what a fantastic collection of songs; I really hope she tries again with radio. Several songs have massive smash potential and I’m sure would have been HUGE around 2010-2014 when TBP was such a force.

I assume it’s just to get her solo music on The Band Perry’s artist pages on Spotify/Apple Music. This is what Justin Timberlake did with the new *NSYNC song.
