I like this! A lot of Chris Stapleton songs tend to be growers for me so I'll probably grow to like it even more in the coming weeks/months. He hasn't sent a country rocker like this one to radio since perhaps "Parachute" (I'm looking at songs where he's the lead artist that have gone to country radio since and it's been "Either Way", "Broken Halos", "Millionaire", "Starting Over", "You Should Probably Leave", and "Joy of My Life") so I'm curious to see how much radio will embrace this side of him.

This is so good. It grabbed my attention immediately like “Cold” did. Excellent production & vocals.

Still not as big fan of his music as most of the members on this board, and I do not love the melody of this song. The song also starts sounding a little repetitive as it goes on, as were the cases with many of his singles. Having said that, I definitely enjoy the energetic heavy production on this song, and it is a stepup from his previous era, especially the previous single, which was extremealy slow for a radio single.

I like this song but I just don’t see radio embracing it.

This sounds more like a promo single to generate buzz, like Eric Church used to do. This wouldn’t be a good choice for lead single unless they send it to rock stations.

Chris Stapleton is usually more hit or miss with me than most artists in the genre, but I really enjoyed this. I don’t know how radio will take to it, hopefully well though. I feel this is one of his strongest single releases and hope this does well.

Worst case scenario, it may end up like "Either Way" and just chart briefly and then they'll release something more palatable for radio if it doesn't connect.

I always like his output and this is no exception. I don't see it being the single for all that long, though. I could see this one almost peaking where it debuts, and then a more radio friendly single will follow before the album is released.

I love Chris’ voice! This is good but I’m still hoping for more singles like he put out in the Traveller era. They were all spot on good songs and easily my favorite singles of his.

I really like this ngl. Doesn't really feel like anything else on radio, but to me honestly it doesn't stick out in a big way either as something they would have an issue playing. Hoping this at least makes the top 10, cause it's so catchy.

Every time I hear the intro it reminds me of Garth Brooks’ “The Thunder Rolls”.

I really enjoy the opening instrumental on this one and agree with bboat11's recent review of it that this finds a nice sweet spot in between the two extremes that Chris Stapleton seems to often find himself in vocally. It's neither a case of him shrieking and oversinging, nor lulling us to sleep. This is probably one of his best singles to date, definitely top 3.

I'm sure it's going to be another outstanding record, but I must admit that I'm not particularly enthusiastic about "Think I'm In Love With You" or "It Takes a Woman." Neither one has captured my attention, so I'm hoping the rest of the album leans more towards the style of "White Horse" than these other two tracks. My guess is it'll be somewhere in the middle.

This one is starting to smash big time. Top 40 on US Apple Music, doing great on Spotify and Itunes too.

This one pretty much grew on me immediately after the first few listens. The hook is great and super catchy, vocals are chilling, and it’s nice getting something from him that’s more upbeat at radio. They can follow it up with “The Bottom”, which sounds like a smash.

I'm probably in minority here especially as a Chris Stapleton fan but I think this is one of his weaker singles because of the weak chorus. The intro still sounds nice as a western scene background, and the guitar solo is quite nice though.
Agree that The Bottom should be a single. The lyrical structure in the chorus is similar to some past country hits but better.
The real gem of the album though is the title track which is peak baby-making music. As he has showcased many album tracks in his talk shows and award shows appearance before, maybe this will have one someday and cements him as one of the best male vocalists ever.
