In honor of the album's 25th anniversary Diamond Edition release, which version of Shania Twain's record-breaking, genre-defying album Come On Over is your go to?
For me, the original US album is super sentimental as my family had that CD for as long as I can remember, but I prefer some of the single mixes on the international - especially From This Moment On (Solo/Remixed) and That Don't Impress Me Much (Dance Mix). The track order is also stronger on the original, so I give it the edge, but I couldn't imagine my library without both.
Cover wise, as iconic as they both are, I give that to the international for just feeling more classic (the more sophisticated title font helps).

I haven't heard either of these albums (or much from shania really) in full, but a month or two ago I went to add that don't impress me much on spotify because I heard it a lot at my old workplace and wanted to have it to listen to. when I searched it up on spotify it played a weird version that was not the one I had heard, and then I realized that the one I played was from the international one and the version I was used to hearing was the U.S. version (with the country mixes). and I for sure think that song sounds better as a fun little country song. and I'm sure it's the same way for the other songs on that album I know. I like the international cover a little better, though.
