THESE NEW RELEASES ROCK

Major rock albums by blink-182 and The Rolling Stones will lead next week's debuts. Can either catch Drake’s For All the Dogs (OVO/Republic), which has the edge to return to #1, with 109-115k? Could Bad Bunny also be in the mix for a repeat? Stay tuned.

blink-182 (Columbia): 95-105k
The Rolling Stones (Geffen): 75-85k
Fuerza Regida (Rancho Humilde/Street Mob/Sony Latin): 30-35k

I hope Blink 182 can get to #1. Having the Rolling Stones in the Top 5 would be great too.

Would be happy if the Stones could lead the sales column, but seems like Blink-182 will give them a run for their money.

I mean, it is nice it is stable from their 2019 release but they are on a huge tour right now and with the return of a founding member for the first time in 12 years I thought there would be a lot of buzz. Plus the music videos and such did pretty well on streaming and radio for a legacy rock act.

IT’S THE DOGGONE TOP 20

Drake’s For All the Dogs (OVO/Republic) is headed back to #1 after being supplanted in its second week by Bad Bunny’s nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana (Rimas), which will now fall to #3. Meanwhile, Columbia’s blink-182 is set to arrive at #2 with an impressive six-digit bow, and Geffen’s Rolling Stones will see their first album of new music in almost two decades debut in the Top 5.

If the Stones don't do well on the US charts this week, it can be chalked to the demand being underestimated. Hearing tons of reports of people being unable to find copies of CD or Vinyl at Best Buy/Target(which has scaled back their music dept) because they sold out, or they found the last copy and the guy that works there told them that they order that many copies in the first place.

Gross incompetence.

I'm rotting for Blink-182 to get #1 in the Billboard and Rolling Stones #3. Also, it will be interesting to see if Guts or SOS gets #10.

Both Blink-182 and the Stones debuting stronger than projected. Will see if Blink can land the Billboard 200 No. 1.

Not a bad showing fior Cher's holiday album. The vinyl is out next month, so that should give it a boost, along with holiday build-up.

^Talking about holiday albums, it looks like Pentatonix's The Greatest Christmas Hits won't be in the top 50.

Just over 1,00 copies separate The Stones and Bad Bunny, If The Stones can squeak by, this will be the third studio album to hit #3 after A Bigger Bang and Bridges To Babylon.
