interesting that through the 60's The Beatles did not chart at AC. their song Yesterday which you would think would have done well there did not chart. in 1964 and instrumental version of their song This Boy credited to their producer reached #7 . it was not until 1969 that they charted as a group with Something . some of their older songs charted in the 70's and 80's .

Honestly at this point, they should just properly work it to CHR/Hot AC/AC like they did with FAAB/RL. They have nothing to lose, and it's good promo for the Red/Blue albums coming out.
