most people think of the early 50's in the pre rock era as being dominated by easy listening ballads . in most cases it was but there were some interesting up tempo songs like this.it sort of sounds like a rockabilly song that featured a harpsichord which sort of gives it somewhat of a more modern sound that you would expect for the early 50's .the song spent six weeks at #1 in 1951, by the way she is mostly remembered today as the aunt of actor George Clooney .
