Creating a new thread, so we don't have to bump the old one again. If you've requested a copy in the past 365 days, you don't need to request Revision #5 ... it is already on its way to you. Here's the introductory paragraph from the original thread (with a small edit):
For those of you who are old enough to remember my CHR/Pop compendium from [2002], where I used R&R's "New & Active" section to figure out an approximate peak position for the 51-100 span, after Billboard's drastic changes to the Hot 100 in the early '90s, I now have done a similar thing for the Alt charts. I had to bounce back and forth between Billboard and R&R for various reasons; and then of course went Billboard-only when R&R ceased to exist in 2009. In 2015 I started keeping track of Mediabase, and since they have a Top 50, that has given me more titles than Billboard's Top 40. Anyway, if you would like a PDF copy, message me with an email address to send it to.
Now including additional chart info from CMJ New Music Report,
The Hard Report's Alternative section, and various Billboard radio monitor offshoot magazines.

Woo hoo, good news for the next revision, a new boarder enlightened me about some additional CMJ issues now available; so I've added a bunch more "classic Alternative" from '83 and '84.
So of course, the future revision will be called "Charts 1983-2024"!

Thanks so much for the PDF! I've had fun dipping into some forgotten (and unknown) tracks. But, more nefariously, I've been using it as a source for a daily beat-the-intro trivia group we have going. It's been a great help!
Thanks again!
