I'm a Billboard Pro subscriber for the past few years. Renewal date is in about a month. I've seen the fee go from $132 in 2021 to $249 in 2023. I'm not an industry insider, all I wanted it for was to get access to some of the genre charts. I can't see paying this amount just for that reason. In addition, the Billboard website is absolutely shameful with the ads that automatically start playing, shifting the rest of the page automatically up and down when a new ad plays, etc. As a paying subscriber I should be able to view the data without all of the distractions.
I know some of the charts get posted here in this forum but does anyone have any other ideas about how I can have access to the genre charts without a full blown subscription? I would gladly pay a reduced amount for just chart data access without the articles for example.
Thank you,

Disable Javascript on the site lmao. Or just do read-only view. This works for the articles, but not the charts. Also, PM me for some other ideas, as well as anyone else interested in this question.

Thanks 85la, I PM'ed you. iHype, I did that and although that cuts out some of the icons and images, it is still much better than with the ads. At least the actual chart data is displayed. My ultimate point though was more so how Billboard feels it is ok to charge almost 100% more today than they did 3 years ago and then present the customer with a substandard experience. I shouldn't have to disable JavaScript in order to read their pages without cussing at the monitor every time but here we are. Thanks though for the suggestion and reply.

It is really ridiculous, doubling the price in just three years. I was just fed up and stopped subscribing long ago. Who else is still paying? (I guess Gary, since he still posts the charts, which is very helpful), but I wonder how they calculated this was a reasonable price point?
