Even though I have today as the due date, I usually leave it open an extra day for any last-minute lists. Submissions will officially close on Sunday around noon Eastern.

Reveals will begin tomorrow! In the meantime, feel free to make some predictions. What songs do you think will make the top 10? What songs do you think will make the bottom 10? What song will have the highest SD? Lowest SD? What song will rank the highest from these artists: Mariah Carey? Janet Jackson? Whitney Houston? TLC?

I can't really answer the questions because I have no idea how this Rankdown will go unfortunately. :( I will predict maybe that Fantasy will be top 5 or wins, otherwise the rest I really have no idea.

Wow. Not only will someone lose a #1 on the first song out, but 65% of voters had it at the bottom.

Bye Diddy! I'm OK with all these being out. This batch of songs was extremely strong.

I feel like a couple of these (particularly Karyn and Vanessa) are out primarily due to lack of recognition. Those songs were classics from my childhood, but the odds were definitely stacked against them.

They aren't the easily recognizable amongst the list, but def the best amongst this list.

Wow...very shocked at Whitney. Thought she would ranked much higher than this. 😳 It totally should be "Heartbreak Hotel" in its place.

Not surprised Exhale is out this early at all, but I LOVE that song. That said, the right Whitney song is definitely still in.

Karyn White is so underrated. I agree, but I prefer the singles from her first and third albums (and even "The Way I Feel About You") to "Romantic." I was sad to rank her in the 40s, but that specific single among this group just wasn't one of my favorites. Apparently 1991 was not the year, as we've already lost 2 songs from that 5 in these first few reveals. I am shocked at "Exhale" being so low. It was top 5 in its year so it isn't disliked, but to me it's one of her best R&B vocals. Soulsista What do the numbers by our usernames in the "Preview" posts mean?
