The Maine was my favorite album of the year, and they've catapulted up my all-time last.fm rankings in just a few short months. I've absolutely fallen in love with this band because of this era.
I love "blame" a lot. I love how manic the verses are before the flip to the chorus. I feel like this would have done a lot better at radio had "ALL CAPS" not been charting at the same time as it.

Noah Kahan's 2019 songs were so mediocre than even he himself had to change his sound.
Anyway, I hate to admit it, but I like his songs this era. I didn't have them high on AAA but that's more so on how strong that list was.

I never liked The Maine so assumed I’d be ranking Blame in or near my bottom 10…but to my surprise I really enjoyed it and kept moving it up and up to the midpoint of my rankings, glad to hear their music has finally managed to sound interesting for a change

Though I disagree with their band name, they were really good at the RHCP show a week ago. Felt like seasoned performers despite being a new band that usually plays to 200 people. Their sound is like The Strokes meets Bloc Party. |
