Morgan Wallen’s One Thing at a Time (Big Loud/Mercury/Republic) will log a 19th week at #1, the most-ever for a Country album. The set breaks the previous record held by Garth Brooks’ Ropin’ the Wind, which accumulated 18 weeks at #1 in 1992.
Taylor Swift’s Grammy-winning Album of the Year, Midnights (Republic), vaults to a possible #2 finish, with no fewer than four others—21 Savage, SZA, Drake and Noah Kahan—on Tay's heels. Republic could well hold seven of the Top 10 titles this week.
Please allow for a slightly larger than usual margin of error this week as ripples from Sunday’s Grammy Awards start to roll in.
Now if you’ll excuse us, we have to kayak over to the grocery store.

At this rate Lover, SOS, OTAAT and Midnights and can pretty much challenge for top 10 in GOAT chart, with OTAAT possibly top 5. Too much from a 1-2 year span.

Three years later and Dangerous is back in the top ten. 4 years later and Lover is still in the top 10. 9 years later and 1989 is back in the top 10. But Dangerous has been hovering around the top ten its entire run. Those two albums have not. |
