Tuesday, February 13, 2024 Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign will debut at #1 with Vultures 1 (YZY), the first of their three releases scheduled for this spring as ¥$. Vultures II and III are currently slated for 3/8 and 4/5, respectively. Meanwhile, USHER’s Coming Home (mega/gamma.) is projecting to a #3 opening following his Super Bowl halftime performance. Confessions, the R&B star’s 2004 LaFace release, vaults into the Top 20. And Noah Kahan’s Stick Season (Mercury/Republic) gets a major boost from its Forever edition, with the addition of eight duets.
Now if you’ll excuse us, happy hour awaits.

Awesome for all 4 people. I feel Usher could push to 80k. Hard II Love opened up with 38k, and that's when he was on RCA still.

I didn’t expect big numbers; however, I’d hope for six figures for Usher. As I said before, he needs another hit and he’ll be fine.

^Not performing Good Good during the Superbowl halftime was a missed opportunity for Usher's new album. Performing a new song from it might have been risky.
Also, it doesn't seem The Highlights deluxe version will help it return to the top 20 of the Billboard 200.

Those are good numbers for Usher, considering it’s been a good while since his last album. Personally would have liked a #1, but it’s hard to play against Kanye. Nonetheless, a much better showing than his previous effort.

Yay!!! (why did I say “yay” it’s so random) At this rate can Midnights hold on and spend 75-80 weeks in top 10?! I don’t even like it but I don’t know why I just want that album to be a success. That’s something wrong with me lol.

Super interesting. Vultures is back on iTunes *but* you can't purchase the album - but you can buy the 15 individual tracks that are available.
Why? While Good (Don't Die) has been removed from the official tracklist, the album has not been reissued with 15 tracks. Instead, it's a 16 tracks with one unavailable. This has always been a weird iTunes quirk. If an album is missing a track(s), you can't buy the album.
Plenty of other examples, after R Kelly was convicted this happened to Celine Dion's 'All The Way...' and Lady GaGa's 'Artpop' because they removed the respective RK tracks. Both albums were eventually reissued and can be purchased.

The Weekend's The Highlights added a deluxe edition last week, with "Popular" among the additions to the album on streaming/digital services.

Taylor has released two albums since Midnights and is gearing up to drop another million selling debut in a couple months so of course it's not gonna outlast Morgan and SZA's projects that are still active and being promoted lol.

Lol how’s Midnights #9?! It was just predicted to be #6. well #6 to #9 is only 5k difference so a little bit of dip in stream wouldve done that. its fine though cus the usher, toby keith, and most likely kanye's albums will all be gone from the top 10 next (this) week anyway

Sh*t at this rate Morgan and SZA is gonna outlast Midnights. Why??????!!!! SZA got some bump in streams from the grammys, still has a top 5 hit and is still her currently promoted project, while morgan's album has like 40 songs so of course his gonna last longer. i fully expect midnights to last in the top 10s till TS11 though.
