Last year, Infinity dumped KQBT's rhythmic format for talk and Howard Stern and changed calls to KOYT. After seeing the errors of their ways, Infinity went back to rhythmic, this time as KXBT.

It's rather unusual for a large company in a large market to switch back to a previous format in such a short period of time.

In the ratings compared to five months ago, KOYT is down 3.4 shares and remaining CHR-Rhythmic KDHT is up 1.7.
