Nice voice but that production is just so horrific even by pop country standards. Some potential, but I am not wowed at all.

I adore him and like this song ok, but of all the bangers he’s recorded this may be my least fav.

Yeah, I like a lot of what I’ve heard from him, and this is ok, but far from his best. I haven’t revisited it a ton though so maybe it will grow on me. Rooting for his success either way.

Loved "Excuse the Mess" when I first heard it a couple years ago, but literally everything else he's given us since has failed to match that level for me. Would've loved to see that or something on par with it go to radio, but this is just meh and I'm not sensing a breakthrough radio hit with "Pray" here.
