does not really sound like an AC type hit though the more interesting thing about the song it features a somewhat forgotten 90's R&B group. H Town had the great song Knockin' Da Boots which reached #3 on the Hot 100 and #1 at R&B in 1993. obviously it never charted at AC.

What a strange song to chart here (and just a strange song in general) lol. I guess maybe they thought because of H-Town being a 90s group and the nostalgia around Pac-Man that this would appeal to the AC crowd, but otherwise, I don't feel it fits the format at all. Seems like three stations are already on board with this, so I'll be interested to see how this performs.

This seems to have peaked at #21 and is falling down the charts now. I'm honestly surprised this made it at as far as it did; it didn't feel like it fit the format at all and honestly seemed like one of those silly Cool New Music tracks for Pop that happen every now and then (i.e. "Mary Go Round," "Calm Down Karen," etc.). This was its published peak update from last Sunday:
