This is the best I've heard from Sabrina Carpenter since "Feather". isn't it the first thing we hear from Sabrina since Feather tho?  She had a bunch of forgettable collabs in between Feather and Espresso (That's Not How This Works with Charlie Puth, a remix of Fifty Fifty's Cupid, and You Need Me Now with Girl in Red). |

We’re watching the next superstar form! I wouldn't go *that* far... I don't get "superstar" vibes from her. If she had that potential I feel like it would've emerged by now since she's been around for so many years. But I'm happy to see her finally smashing, I think she'll be a reliable hitmaker for a while. |

Hopefully this can hang around for a while and possibly get #1 after the Taylor tracks fall. This deserves to be the song of the summer (even though we’re still a month away from that chart starting).

Deserves to smash all spring and summer. the tldr: former disney star, has been making music for like 10 years. Broke out in 2022 with "nonsense", which didnt peak that high but has really consistent streaming. Same story for "feather", but that was also a radio hit. Now both streaming and radio are fully on board for this. |
