Pitchfork's Top 100 Songs Of The '90s Rankdown (May 26)

Welcome to the Pitchfork 90's rankdown!

We will be ranking the Top 100 songs of the 1990s, as determined by Pitchfork magazine. This list incorporates acclaimed songs from the worlds of pop, hip-hop, alternative, R&B, electronica, house, and many other genres, so there should be something for everyone!

Mayman and I will be co-hosting this rankdown, so when you send your list, make sure that you send the PM to both of us, otherwise the list will not be accepted. Also, please make sure you use the formatting that I used on the list below, and use Artist - Song format, otherwise there is the risk that one of your ranks could be inputted incorrectly. I would advise that you use a preference revealer, or copy the list into a Word doc and work off of that. Also make sure you rank all 100 songs, with your #1 being your favorite and your #100 being your least favorite.

Since there are 100 songs here, we are giving you guys about a month for now to compile your rankings. Lists are tentatively due on the last Sunday of May, May 26, at 11:59 PM EST, though this is subject to change and we are open to giving an extension.

I started working on this last night and into today. Just sent my list!

Ahh this was a really fun list of songs to go through, especially the songs that I really liked or loved, which was about half of the list. I really loved like my Top 35, which was so difficult to rank. Then there were a lot of songs I wasn't as familiar with and enjoyed some of those too. Looking forward to seeing how this rankdown goes.
