Surprised to see "Fortnight" only at #33. I thought it would debut inside the top 20 (that's where it was on 4/25). Guess it will make a big jump, next week.

"Cruel Summer" has had an interesting drop pattern after landing at all 6 digit positions: 6-11, 16-19, 26-28, and 36-37, where it now finally lands on a 7 digit spot on its 45th week.

Impressive staying power on AT40 in the middle of May. 12 songs remain they debuted in 2023. But the record that ‘Calm Down’ by Rema featuring Selena Gomez will be not met like it did last year with it debuting the previous year. That was a once in a lifetime feat. Looks like ‘Lovin on Me’ by Jack Harlowe might be the latest of the 12 that will stay on this year at this point.

When ‘Lovin on me’ came out I would have never guessed it’s still be in the top 3 on the American Top 40 countdown at this time in the year.

"Jaded" and "Woman" both fell off in Septembers 2023 and 2022, but it took the former a month shorter to come back as an extra than the latter.

Umm he did say "On The Verge." "Once she posted it on TikTok, it took on a life of its own and now it could make it onto the countdown soon. This is an On The Verge Track, 'Made For Me.' AT40."

What exactly was the mistake? He never said it was on the chart.

What a feat that is a record for ‘Greedy’ by Tate McRae to start the year in the top 10 with the first week of the year she was at #1 . In the 20th week of the year she is still in the top 10, at number 7, with Greedy being number 1 in the first countdown if 2024.
