It certainly isn't for any prominently urban/rhythmic artist! "Not Like Us" has already stamped and dominated the culture. Pop radio sucvess would just be a cherry on top. But you know most of the pop girls (fans) will always prioritize pop over everything because they can't fathom worlds existing beyond their own lense/bubble and they're typically too self-involved to give anything else merit. Good thing a lot of us know better!

I really wonder if this is gonna just explode on pop radio suddenly and become a big hit, it's more likely it'll get close to the Top 20 and then tap out. But this hitting Top 10 or even Top 5, let alone #1 on pop radio would be hilarious.

KIIS FM in Los Angeles might take it to the Top 20 alone, they are playing it once an hour right now and sometimes twice an hour during late night.

Also, related to the radio edit conversation from the first page, one of my local stations has kind of a weird edit. Stuff like "Certified pedophile," "A minorrrr" and "like 'em young" is kept in, but "ho" is muted out of Mustard's tagline, and "OV-Ho" is also censored (It's just left as "Let me hear you say" *awkward silence over the instrumental* lol)

Kendrick first ever solo Top 20 hit on pop radio, funny it happens with this song of all songs. A couple tracks in front of it seem to be stalling (Slow It Down, Make You Mine) and with the consistent gains that it's had it's possible within the next 2 weeks that we'll see a Top 15 placement. I'm not sure how much further it will go after that but I'm hoping it makes it all the way to the Top 10!

Also does anyone have the adds for this? I wanna know how many stations have picked it up.
