Billboard Hot 100 Predictions: 07/06/2023

So...this is awkward I'm opening a Predictions thread on a Thursday.
Full disclosure though, having the free time to handle predictions and calculating the results isn't the same now as it was 4 years ago when I started doing the Hot 100 predictions on a full-time basis. I may contemplate on either stopping completely or continue but I may plan on revamp the flow of the predictions (e.g. making the threads monthly as in "Billboard Hot 100 Predictions - August 2024" but the results are still weekly and so is the posting of the results)
So yeah, I'll say screw the penalty for the week since it'll be unfair to place penalty when I literally started the thread on the deadline day itself. As such, let's get it!
