I've been on a Bonnie Raitt kick this weekend, and this is one of my favorites by her:

I first heard thing song via The Chicks as they covered it on the Wide Open Spaces album. Raitt's version has a real 'Dixieland' vibe and is the superior version IMO, though I love both versions.
