Water by Tyla came out in 2023. It was one of the latest songs on the countdown that stayed well into July after it debuted last year. In additions Shivers by Ed Sheeran was released in September of 2021. Like Bad Habirs by Ed Sheeran both of them debuted in 2021 and transitioned into the following year on the AT40 as well but it definitely came out in 21.

Is it just me or did it take me four months to realize that when the show plays Wild Ones, it sounds longer than the original song. The time duration is 2:21 but sounds 45 seconds longer. Can someone confirm this?

Let’s see if it’s 5 or 6 songs left on the countdown that debuted in 2023 that is on the countdown beginning August. It is going to a close call with ‘Paint the Town Res’ by Doja Cat. Most likely Ryan Seacrest won’t be here to call it because he has so many guest hosts.

I agree because Kanye West raps like I don't understand so AT40 decided to play the original solo version instead of Ye Remix.
