^Unfortunate. But hopefully tragedies similar to those in Manchester that happened during Ariana concert or Jason Aldean's can continue to be prevented.

VULTURES 2 has been getting updated since release and now as well on his website he is selling a Deluxe version that includes a new song, "Take Off Your Dress" so that could give him some album sales boost but I am shocked at the gulf between him and this way later Taylor week, I really do not think it is possible for him to salvage a #1, too little too late. He also put out a minimal low effort video for the song "FRIED" which I'm sure will help very little.

1 day sale for digital albums and she did extra 50k. her fans are really buying it like that. good for her. She didn't do an extra 50k from digitals alone, she also had all of the previous special editions available at a discounted price on Sunday.

Alright. Taylor Swift's power is ludicrously impressive, so I will be very disappointed if she does not use it to full effect in order to aid in this election. She needs to be putting voter registration on full force now and then strike with the full endorsement and push to vote right at a critical time before the election. I do not believe there has ever been a situation in our history where a single musician could have as big of an effect on an election than Taylor Swift in 2024's presidential election. It is vital that she makes sure the people she will tell to vote actually get registered to do so. You do realize we are talking about a fanbase buying the album over and over again. It has nothing to do with the election. It is streaming less than Morgan Wallen's latest at this point. Also, no one I know is interested in Kanye any more. He might have small fanbase left but not any general goodwill. This was stated before but Taylor has 10 billion streams in the US alone this year, the only artist to do so. The album is doing great on streaming first off, but second of all have you just completely dismissed the way her entire discography has been streamed so much the last two years? I'm just astonished at how shortsighted this comment was.

Now on the yeezy site they have put three more Deluxe versions of VULTURES 2 on-top of the previous Deluxe version track. Each version has its own new track.

Given current events, what on earth made her/her team think this was the time to drop this shit.

Based on what I'm hearing this past week I think he is hardly alive right now. She was already going to clear his number more than enough. Given what's going on with her and what's going on with him, this particular move at this particular time felt overkill.

Does anyone have a running list, in order, of every bonus track that has been offered for this TS Era?

Does anyone have a running list, in order, of every bonus track that has been offered for this TS Era? If you mean the surprise songs from the Eras Tour, the wikipedia page has a list.

Insane to see Taylor’s 16th week sell more than most big pop stars’ debut week… she is a beast

When I look at the physical album sales, some of the numbers are so low, it is shocking. Artists make the most money from a physical sale.

I'm sure at this point Taylor for example is making more money out of the digital versions she's cranking out. There's little to no cost on these extra versions, no manufacturing and printing costs... Overall aside from big names the money isn't even on album sales at all anyways. Streaming passively racks up some profit but if you're not touring and doing merch and big deals with brands you're not necessarily gonna be filthy rich. It took Taylor a decade plus of massive unprecedented success to rack up a billion on music alone. It's why almost every other pop lady is doing some perfume shit or clothes.

It’s because there is nowhere to buy physical music anymore. Insane how we used to have massive warehouses full of music that you could spend hours looking through and now you have one rack at Target and Walmart. I miss that aspect of my childhood.
Obviously streaming is so much more convenient but I still miss walking around a giant retail store.

Interesting that the predictions were pretty spot-on for Taylor but off by about 20k for Kanye. People called the TTPD variants overkill but... did her team know something that Hits didn't? It would have been much closer had those not dropped.
