I didn't know you were monitoring the Canadian version of AT 40? I was in Toronto in late August and actually listened to their version of American Top 40.

The show open was different from the US version- like when a guest is hosting the countdown and they NEVER refer to the countdown using its full name only AT 40.

The chart is mostly the same with certain songs removed and replaced by others.

I also noticed that Ryan doesn't provide an intro to every song played on the countdown. I suspect that that is done so songs can be swapped out and exchanged depending on which version of AT 40 it is.
